I used the patterned paper "Hello Sunshine" by Lawn fawn, it's out of stock for now, so you can use any patterned paper of your choice. and these tiny hearts dies are from different die sets from Lawn Fawn. I stamped the image using Memento Tuxedo black and colored using Copics
