Shaped Christmas Card

Hello everyone

Today’s card I created with the new Pinkfresh Studio Festive Flourish Set. 

I started by choosing my colors, I used the Pressplate to stamp my image and colored the everything with the coordinating stencils. So quick and gorgeous result.

Then I cut it out with the coordinating die.

As background I used the Starlit Strands Pressplate. This is one of my favorite plates ever. A because it’s a Press plate you can foil it or ink it, that makes it so versatile. I used white foil on a white cardstock.

Then I decided where to put my sentiment and my ornament and did some partial die cutting. The I glued my ornament on top.

For the inside of my card, I did some ink smooshing. Added my sentiment with gold embossing powder and added some golden accents.

Hallo zusammen

Die heutige Karte habe ich mit dem neuen «Festive Flourish»-Set von Pinkfresh Studio gestaltet.

Zunächst habe ich meine Farben ausgewählt, dann habe ich das Motiv mit der Pressplate gestempelt und alles mit den passenden Schablonen koloriert. Das Ergebnis ist schnell fertig und sieht wunderschön aus.

Anschliessend habe ich es mit der passenden Stanzform ausgestanzt.

Als Hintergrund habe ich die «Starlit Strands»-Pressplate verwendet. Das ist eine meiner absoluten Lieblingsplatten. Und da es sich um eine Pressplate handelt, kann man sie sowohl folieren als auch mit Tinte einfärben, was sie so vielseitig macht. Ich habe weisse Folie auf weissem Karton verwendet.

Dann habe ich entschieden, wo ich meinen Spruch und mein Ornament platzieren möchte, und habe teilweise mit der Stanzform ausgestanzt. Anschliessend habe ich mein Ornament darauf geklebt.

Für die Innenseite meiner Karte habe ich ein wenig mit Tinte «gesmoosht». Den Spruch habe ich mit goldenem Embossingpulver aufgebracht und noch ein paar goldene Akzente gesetzt.

La carte d’aujourd’hui, je l’ai réalisée avec le nouveau set « Festive Flourish » de Pinkfresh Studio.

J’ai commencé par choisir mes couleurs, j’ai utilisé la plaque « Pressplate » pour tamponner mon motif, puis j’ai tout coloré à l’aide des pochoirs assortis. Le résultat est rapide et magnifique.

Je l’ai ensuite découpé avec la matrice assortie.

Pour l’arrière-plan, j’ai utilisé la plaque « Starlit Strands Pressplate ». C’est l’une de mes plaques préférées. Et comme c’est une plaque Pressplate, on peut l’appliquer à la feuille métallique ou à l’encre, ce qui la rend très polyvalente. J’ai utilisé une feuille métallique blanche sur du papier cartonné blanc.

J’ai ensuite décidé où placer mon message et ma décoration, puis j’ai effectué quelques découpes partielles. J’ai ensuite collé ma décoration par-dessus.

Pour l’intérieur de ma carte, j’ai réalisé un effet « smooshing » à l’encre. J’ai ajouté mon message avec de la poudre à embosser dorée et j’ai apporté quelques touches dorées.
