come state? spero bene! Sono così felice di mostrarti questa card oggi perché ho usato il nuovo timbro di Pinkfresh studio Beautiful Soul, disegnato da Isha Gupta! Trovo i suoi design molto delicati e fini e sono cosi fiera di far parte del design team di Scraphouse insieme ad Isha!

Ho posizionato il timbro dei fiori su Sizzix stamp & spin tool per poter creare una ghirlanda. Il timbro dei fiori é composto da due rami, ed ho inchiostrato solo quello più corto e l'ho fatto roteare ottenendo il motivo come da foto. Poi ho timbrato al centro il sentiment ed il timbro Cercle eclatant di Florileges design con l'inchiostro per embossare a caldo per poter embossare la polvere Metallic gold rich di WOW embossing powders.

how are you? hope well! I am so happy to show you this card today because I used the new Pinkfresh studio Beautiful Soul stamp, designed by Isha Gupta! I find her designs very delicate and fine and I am so proud to be part of the Scraphouse design team along with Isha!

I placed the flower stamp on Sizzix stamp & spin tool in order to create a garland. The flower stamp consists of two branches, and I inked only the shorter one and twirled it getting the pattern as pictured. Then I stamped in the center the sentiment and the Cercle eclatant stamp from Florileges Design with hot embossing ink in order to emboss the Metallic gold rich powder from WOW embossing powders.

A parte ho timbrato altri fiori con il Memento London fog e colorato con lo stencil abbinato , Beautiful soul stencil. Per i fiori ho usato gli inchiostri di Pinkfresh Studio Candy violet e Regal kiss, mentre le foglie e lo stelo con gli inchiostri di Altenew Lime e Reindeer Moss. Una volta colorato tutto ho proceduto a ritagliarmi con la fustella coordinata.

Un volta posizionato i rametti mi sembrava che mancasse qualcosa, quindi nei due angoli ho ritimbrato i rami e sfumato con i colori che ho usato per la composizione dei fiori.

Separately I stamped more flowers with the memento London fog and colored with the matching stencil , Beautiful soul stencil. For the flowers I used Pinkfresh Studio Candy violet and Regal kiss inks, and the leaves and stem with Altenew Lime and Reindeer Moss inks. Once everything was colored, I proceeded to cut out with the coordinating die cut.

Once the sprigs were placed I felt like something was missing, so in the two corners I re-trimmed the branches and shaded with the colors I used for the flower arrangement.

Hello Friends

I’m sharing a card today I created with the Vivid Blooms and the Gorgeous You Flowers. These two sets go nicely together. I started by die cutting lots of flowers and leaves from different colors of cardstock. But I tried to use the same colors for the flower centers, so the flowers match better. 

I decided to arrange the flowers over a metal wreath. You can use any wreath you have or create your own with circle dies. I try to overlap the leaves and the flowers, so it creates more of a realistic look. I added my favorite Merci sentiment and also added a little Butterfly from the Butterfly Swirl Press Plate Set. I really love to crated a wreath - you can add any sentiment or its also perfect for a adding names for a wedding card.

Hallo Freunde

heute zeige ich Euch eine Karte, die ich mit den Vivid Blooms und den Gorgeous You Flowers gestaltet habe. Diese beiden Sets passen sehr gut zusammen. Zunächst habe ich viele Blumen und Blätter aus verschiedenfarbigem Cardstock ausgestanzt. Aber ich habe versucht, die gleichen Farben für die Blumenmitte zu verwenden, damit die Blumen besser zusammenpassen. 

Ich habe beschlossen, die Blumen auf einem Metallkranz zu arrangieren. Du kannst jeden Kranz verwenden, den du hast, oder einen eigenen Kranz mit einer Kreisform herstellen. Ich versuche, die Blätter und die Blumen zu überlappen, damit es realistischer aussieht. Ich habe meinen Lieblingsspruch „Merci“ und einen kleinen Schmetterling aus dem Set „Butterfly Swirl Press Plate“ hinzugefügt. Ich liebe es, einen Kranz zu gestalten - man kann jeden beliebigen Spruch hinzufügen oder auch Namen für eine Hochzeitskarte einfügen.

Bonjour les amis

Je partage aujourd'hui une carte que j'ai créée avec les Vivid Blooms et les Gorgeous You Flowers. Ces deux sets vont très bien ensemble. J'ai commencé par découper à l'emporte-pièce de nombreuses fleurs et feuilles dans différentes couleurs de cardstock. Mais j'ai essayé d'utiliser les mêmes couleurs pour les centres des fleurs, afin que les fleurs s'harmonisent mieux. 

J'ai décidé de disposer les fleurs sur une couronne métallique. Vous pouvez utiliser n'importe quelle couronne que vous avez ou créer la vôtre à l'aide d'outils à découper les cercles. J'essaie de faire se chevaucher les feuilles et les fleurs, afin de créer un effet plus réaliste. J'ai ajouté mon sentiment préféré Merci ainsi qu'un petit papillon du Butterfly Swirl Press Plate Set. J'aime beaucoup créer une couronne - vous pouvez y ajouter n'importe quel sentiment ou elle est également parfaite pour ajouter des noms sur une carte de mariage.

Quick Cards using Betterpress Florals Through the Year Bundle

sono qui oggi per mostrarvi queste 3 card usando le press plate Florals Through the Year Bundle. Trovo che questi fiori siano proprio carini e delicati e si posson creare card semplici e veloci, e non solo per il creare le pagine del calendario annuale.

Good morning crafty friends, 

I am here today to show you these 3 cards using the Florals Through the Year Bundle press plates. I find that these flowers are just so pretty and delicate and you can make quick and easy cards, and not just for creating the annual calendar pages.

Questa prima card ho usato un washi tape finissimo per contortare i bordi che volevo restassero bianchi ed in un secondo momento ho colorato lo sfondo con i distress inks : Spun sugar, Shaded lilac e Cracked pistachio. Poi con un pennello d'acquarello ho spruzzato delle macchie d'acqua per dare allo sfondo un po' di interesse. Con un fineliner nero ho contornato il fiore e il rettangolo bianco ed ho completato con un sentiment in italiano della Press plate Italian sentiments.

This first card I used a very fine washi tape to contort the edges that I wanted to remain white and in a second step I colored the background with distress inks : Spun sugar, Shaded lilac and Cracked pistachio. Then with a watercolor brush I sprayed water spots to give the background some interest. With a black fineliner I outlined the flower and the white rectangle and completed with a Press plate Italian sentiment.

  

Questa seconda card ho creato uno sfondo arcobaleno acquarellato con i Karin markers e aggiunto dei puntini dorati sui fiori con un fineliner dorato.

This second card I created a watercolor rainbow background with Karin markers and added gold dots on the flowers with a gold fineliner.

Infine la mia terza card ho aquarellato dei cerchi viola e rosa e sprayato con il Distress Spritz Worn Lipstick .

Party Balloons

 Hello everyone!

Today I’m sharing a Birthday card I created with the Party Balloon Press Plate. 

I started to do a light watercolor wash the ink I’m going to use to stamp. So, my background will not be just white and the color will match my balloons. 

Then I used the guide that comes with the die set and start to do the strings with the press plate. The strings are quite sharp – so you need to take quite thick paper and maybe take the shims out of your Betterpress, so it won’t cut your paper.

Then I created the balloons with different inks. I also used the Lisa Horton Metallic inks that created a nice shine.

But somehow, I didn’t like how the card turned out. But then thanks a crafty friend I decided do add some dimension with an older balloon die set I had. That really makes a different. I added my sentiment from the German Sentiments die Set. I also added some dimension behind my background. This again steps the card up.

Hallo zusammen!

 

Heute zeige ich euch eine Geburtstagskarte, die ich mit der Party Balloon Press Plate gestaltet habe. 

Ich habe damit begonnen, die Tinte, die ich zum Stempeln verwenden werde, mit einem leichten Aquarell zu waschen. Damit mein Hintergrund nicht nur weiß ist und die Farbe zu meinen Ballons passt. 

Dann habe ich die Anleitung benutzt, die dem Stempelset beiliegt, und mit der Pressplatte begonnen, die Schnüre zu stempeln. Die Schnüre sind ziemlich scharf - man muss also ziemlich dickes Papier nehmen und vielleicht die Unterlegscheiben aus der Betterpress herausnehmen, damit sie das Papier nicht durchschneiden.

Dann habe ich die Ballons mit verschiedenen Farben gestaltet. Ich habe auch die Lisa Horton Metallic-Tinten verwendet, die einen schönen Glanz erzeugen.

Aber irgendwie hat mir die Karte nicht gefallen. Aber dann habe ich dank einer Freundin beschlossen, mit einem älteren Ballonstempelset, das ich noch hatte, etwas Dimension hinzuzufügen. Das macht wirklich einen Unterschied. Ich habe meinen Spruch aus dem Stanzenset German Sentiments hinzugefügt. Ich habe auch etwas Dimension hinter meinem Hintergrund hinzugefügt. Das wertet die Karte noch einmal auf,

Aujourd'hui, je partage une carte d'anniversaire que j'ai créée avec la plaque de presse Party Balloon. 

J'ai commencé à faire un léger lavis d'aquarelle sur l'encre que je vais utiliser pour tamponner. Ainsi, mon fond ne sera pas seulement blanc et la couleur sera assortie à mes ballons. 

Ensuite, j'ai utilisé le guide fourni avec le die set et j'ai commencé à faire les ficelles avec la plaque de presse. Les ficelles sont assez pointues - il faut donc prendre du papier assez épais et peut-être enlever les cales de votre Betterpress, pour qu'il ne coupe pas votre papier.

J'ai ensuite créé les ballons avec différentes encres. J'ai également utilisé les

encres métallisées de Lisa Horton qui ont créé une belle brillance.

Mais d'une certaine manière, je n'aimais pas le résultat de la carte. Puis, grâce à une amie bricoleuse, j'ai décidé d'ajouter un peu de dimension avec un ancien jeu de matrices pour ballons que j'avais. Cela fait vraiment la différence. J'ai ajouté mon sentiment à partir du set d'emporte-pièce Sentiments allemands. J'ai également ajouté une dimension derrière mon arrière-plan. Cela améliore encore la carte,

Flower cart etched dies

Buongiorno creative,

spero che stiate bene! Oggi voglio parlarvi delle difficoltà che ho avuto a creare queste 3 card. Appena ho visto questa fustella di Spellbinders Flower cart etched dies son rimasta ammaliata e non vedevo l'ora di poterla usare. Una volta visto il numero delle fustelle son andata un po' in confusione senza sapere che colori abbinare insieme. Così ho cercato su google una foto di riferimento per aiutarmi al progetto. Ecco qui la foto che alla quale mi son ispirata. Una volta ritagliato i pezzi ed assemblato il carretto, mi son accorta che facevo fatica a bilanciare gli elementi neri e bianchi e che per avere un bel risultato bisogna davvero fare attenzione che nessuno dei due colori predomini sul progetto.

I hope you are doing well! Today I want to tell you about the difficulties I had in creating these 3 cards. As soon as I saw this Spellbinders Flower cart die etched dies I was hooked and couldn't wait to be able to use it. Once I saw the number of dies I got a little confused not knowing what colors to match together. So I googled for a reference photo to help me with the project. Here is the photo I was inspired by. Once I cut out the pieces and assembled the cart, I realized that I was having a hard time balancing the black and white elements and that to get a nice result you really have to be careful that neither color predominates on the project.

Ecco qui la mia prima versione e dove ho realizzato che non era così semplice equilibrare il nero e bianco. Per lo sfondo ho usato la Press plate Floral celebration senza inchiostro e ritagliato con la fustella Notched corner frames etched dies.

Here is my first version and where I realized it was not so easy to balance the black and white. For the background I used Press plate Floral celebration without ink and cut out with Notched corner frames etched dies.

La seconda versione e la terza ero più cosciente e sono riuscita a trovare la soluzione molto poi in fretta.

The second version and the third version I was more conscious and was able to find the solution very then quickly.

Quoi de plus réjouissant que la naissance d'un enfant? Je connais quelqu'un qui a accouché récemment d'une petite fille, alors je lui ai préparé une carte pour les félicitations d'usage et je pense que cela lui fera plaisir.

Il s'agit d'un set de dies de Spellbinders appelé Bundle of Joy que vous trouverez en boutique. Je trouve la cigogne avec le petit bébé adorable.

Je n'ai travaillé qu'avec les dies et du cardstock de couleurs, pas de colorisation de motifs.

Was gibt es Schöneres als die Geburt eines Kindes? Ich kenne jemanden, die vor kurzem ein kleines Mädchen zur Welt gebracht hat, also habe ich eine Karte mit den üblichen Glückwünschen vorbereitet, und ich denke, sie wird sich darüber freuen.

Es handelt sich um ein Dies-Set von Spellbinders namens Bundle of Joy, dass man im Laden kaufen kann. Ich finde den Storch mit dem kleinen Baby einfach zuckersüss.

Ich habe nur mit den Dies und farbigem Cardstock gearbeitet, keine Motive koloriert.

What could be happier than the birth of a child? I know someone who recently gave birth to a little girl, so I've prepared a card to congratulate her and I think she'll be pleased.

It's a set of dies from Spellbinders called Bundle of Joy which you can find in the shop. I think the stork with the little baby is adorable.

I only worked with the dies and coloured cardstock, no colouring.

Fantasy Flower Card

I’m sharing a card today I created with some amazing new product who are available now at Scraphouse.ch. Of course, I’m in love with all the flowers product, so I used the Gorgeous You Florals die Set to create these unique flowers. I used some Paper from the Studio Light Vintage Spring Paper Pad. Definitely one of my favorites. I used the Scored a Pierced Rectangle to get a nice trim.

And then I added a gold Silhouette with the Silhouette Press Plate. As Ink I used the new Lisa Horton Gold Pigment Ink. It shows up great on colored cardstock. I used gold cardstock for the center of the Flowers to match the center.

As Sentiment I used the German Sentiments Press Plate. This is also available in Fraincais.

Heute zeige ich euch eine Karte, die ich mit den tollen neuen Produkten, die jetzt bei Scraphouse.ch erhältlich sind, gestaltet habe. Natürlich bin ich in alle Blumenprodukte verliebt, also habe ich das Gorgeous You Florals Die Set verwendet, um diese einzigartigen Blumen zu kreieren. Ich habe Papier aus dem Studio Light Vintage Spring Papierblock verwendet. Definitiv eines meiner Lieblingspapiere. Ich habe das Scored and Pierced Rechteck verwendet, um eine schöne Form zu erhalten.

Und dann habe ich eine goldene Silhouette mit der Silhouette Press Plate hinzugefügt. Als Tinte habe ich die neue Lisa Horton Gold Pigment Ink verwendet. Sie kommt auf farbigem Papier sehr gut zur Geltung. Für die Mitte der Blumen habe ich goldenen Karton verwendet, damit sie zur Mitte passen.

Als Spruch habe ich die Pressplatte German Sentiments verwendet. Diese ist auch in Fraincais erhältlich.

Je partage aujourd'hui une carte que j'ai créée avec de nouveaux produits étonnants qui sont disponibles dès maintenant chez Scraphouse.ch. Bien sûr, je suis amoureuse de toutes les fleurs, alors j'ai utilisé le Gorgeous You Florals die Set pour créer ces fleurs uniques. J'ai utilisé du papier de Studio Light Vintage Spring Paper Pad. C'est certainement l'un de mes préférés. J'ai utilisé le Rectangle Scored and Pierced pour obtenir une belle bordure.

J'ai ensuite ajouté une Silhouette dorée. Puis j'ai ajouté une Silhouette dorée avec la Silhouette Press Plate. Comme encre, j'ai utilisé la nouvelle encre pigmentaire or de Lisa Horton. Elle est très visible sur le cardstock coloré. J'ai utilisé du cardstock doré pour le centre des fleurs afin de l'assortir au centre.

Pour les Sentiments, j'ai utilisé la plaque de presse German Sentiments. Elle est également disponible en Fraincais.

Bonjour à tous!

J'espère que vous allez bien avec ce petit aperçu de printemps. Cela fait du bien au moral.

Je vous présente une carte pour la naissance d'un bébé. Adorable, non?

Il s'agit d'un ensemble de dies Spellbinders. Allez vite voir en boutique, il y a plein de nouveautés Spellbinders, des dies mais aussi d'adorables tampons House Mouse.

Pour ma carte, j'ai décidé de faire une slimline pour que les dies aient bien de la place. J'ai découpé toutes mes pièces avec différentes couleurs de cardstock puis j'ai collé le tout en ajoutant de 3D foam pads pour mettre du volume, mais aussi pour activer le mécanisme de balance de la nacelle. Elle bouge de gauche à droite et de droite à gauche. C'est super mignon je trouve! Pas de colorisation cette fois, rien que du cardstock!

J'espère vous avoir inspiré et donné quelques idées pour ce printemps!

Ich hoffe, es geht Ihnen gut mit diesem kleinen Vorgeschmack auf den Frühling. Das ist gut für die Stimmung.

Ich zeige Ihnen eine Karte zur Geburt eines Babys. Ist das nicht süß?

Es handelt sich um ein Set von Spellbinders Dies. Schauen Sie schnell im Shop vorbei, dort gibt es viele neue Spellbinders Dies und auch die niedlichen House Mouse Stempel.

Für meine Karte entschied ich mich, eine Slimline zu machen, damit die Dies viel Platz haben. Ich habe alle meine Teile mit verschiedenen Farben von Cardstock ausgeschnitten und dann alles zusammengeklebt, wobei ich 3D Foam Pads hinzugefügt habe, um Volumen zu schaffen, aber auch um den Balancemechanismus der Gondel zu aktivieren. Sie bewegt sich von links nach rechts und von rechts nach links. Das ist supersüß, finde ich! Dieses Mal habe ich nicht koloriert, sondern nur Cardstock verwendet!

Ich hoffe, ich konnte Sie inspirieren und Ihnen ein paar Ideen für den Frühling geben!

I hope you're well with this little glimpse of spring. It's good for the morale.

Here's a card to celebrate the birth of a baby. Adorable, isn't it?

It's a set of Spellbinders dies. Check out the shop, there are lots of new Spellbinders dies and also some adorable House Mouse stamps.

For my card, I decided to make a slimline so that the dies would have plenty of room. I cut out all my pieces using different colours of cardstock and then glued them all together, adding 3D foam pads to add volume and also to activate the balance mechanism on the pod. It moves from left to right and right to left. I think it's really cute! No colouring this time, just cardstock!

CAS card with Copic markers

Buongiorno creative, 

come state? eccomi qui a presentarvi questa CAS card colorata con i Copic markers.

Ho timbrato con l'inchiostro Memento Tuxedo black sulla carta Transotype il cesto vuoto dal set della Lawn Fawn Spring basket, poi ho allineato il timbro con i fiorellini a filo del cesto da far sembrare che fossero contenuti in esso.

Good morning crafters, 

how are you? here I am introducing this colorful CAS card with Copic markers.

I stamped with Memento Tuxedo black ink on Transotype paper the empty basket from the Lawn Fawn Spring basket set, then lined up the stamp with the little flowers flush with the basket to look like they were contained in it.

Poi ho aggiunto 2 uccellini dal set Heart tree ed il sentiment Happy mother's day.

Ho colorato i soggetti con i Copic marker e creato uno sfondo effetto Bokeh.

Infine ho usato per lo sfondo un cartoncino rosa ricavato dalla fustella Nested Postage Labels & Tag di Spellbinders.

Then I added 2 birds from the Heart tree set and the Happy mother's day sentiment.

I colored the subjects with Copic markers and created a bokeh effect background.

Finally, I used pink cardstock from the Nested Postage Labels & Tag die cut from Spellbinders for the background.

Color combinations!

 Hello everyone!

 

How do you choose color combinations? I mostly am inspired by nature or I use my color cube. I like to use some helping tools, because otherwise I tend to use the same colors all the time. For this card I was actually inspired by a summer dress my girl has. She pulled it out because she misses summer like I do. And I really like how the card turned out with these colors. 

I started by matching my cardstock with the one from the dress. And the I die cut the flowers and leaves from the Vivid Blooms Die Set and just assembled them like the guide says.

To add a little more interest to my background I used the Linen Stamp from Craft Consortium. This adds texture without distracting from the focal point. 

As sentiment I used the MFT Something for Everything Set with the coordinating die.

 

BTW when I like a color combination, I have like a color swatch where I write down the paper or Ink I used. So, I can refer to it the next time.

Hallo zusammen!

 

Wie wählt ihr Farbkombinationen aus? Meistens lasse ich mich von der Natur inspirieren oder ich benutze meinen Farbwürfel. Ich benutze gerne einige Hilfsmittel, weil ich sonst dazu neige, immer die gleichen Farben zu verwenden. Für diese Karte habe ich mich von einem Sommerkleid inspirieren lassen, das meine Tochter hat. Sie hat es herausgeholt, weil sie den Sommer genauso vermisst wie ich. Und ich mag es sehr, wie die Karte mit diesen Farben geworden ist. 

 

Als erstes habe ich meinen Cardstock mit dem des Kleides abgestimmt. Dann habe ich die Blumen und Blätter aus dem Vivid Blooms Die Set ausgestanzt und sie wie in der Anleitung beschrieben zusammengesetzt.

Um den Hintergrund etwas interessanter zu gestalten, habe ich den Leinen Stempel von Craft Consortium verwendet. Das bringt Struktur ins Spiel, ohne vom Hauptthema abzulenken. 

Als Sentiment habe ich das MFT-Set Something for Everything mit den passenden Stanzen verwendet.

 

Übrigens, wenn mir eine Farbkombination gefällt, habe ich eine Art Farbmuster, auf dem ich das Papier oder die Tinte notiere, die ich verwendet habe. So kann ich beim nächsten Mal darauf zurückgreifen.

Comment choisissez-vous vos combinaisons de couleurs ? Je m'inspire surtout de la nature ou j'utilise mon cube de couleurs. J'aime utiliser des outils d'aide, car sinon j'ai tendance à utiliser les mêmes couleurs tout le temps. Pour cette carte, j'ai été inspirée par une robe d'été de ma fille. Elle l'a sortie parce que l'été lui manque, comme à moi. Et j'aime beaucoup la façon dont la carte a été réalisée avec ces couleurs. 

 

J'ai commencé par assortir mon cardstock à celui de la robe. Ensuite, j'ai découpé les fleurs et les feuilles dans le set Vivid Blooms Die Set et je les ai assemblées comme l'indique le guide.

Pour ajouter un peu plus d'intérêt à mon arrière-plan, j'ai utilisé le Linen Stamp de Craft Consortium. Il ajoute de la texture sans détourner l'attention du point central. 

Pour le sentiment, j'ai utilisé le MFT Something for Everything Set.

 

Lorsque j'aime une combinaison de couleurs, j'ai un échantillon de couleurs où je note le papier ou l'encre que j'ai utilisé. Ainsi, je peux m'y référer la prochaine fois.
