Soft Summer Card

Today I’m sharing a soft summer card. To create this card, I used the Autumn Sealed Sprigs Die Set.  This might be some wheat. But I think it works also as lavender. I die cut the pieces from white cardstock and added some ink with a blending brush. To get more depth I also used a darker purple ink with some water and used it as watercolor.

As background I used some paper from the Florileges Frandole Paper Collection. These colors are just fabulous. Love this set. I cut the cardstock with the Scored and Pierced Rectangles Die Set. For a little bit more interest I also added with and green splatters. The I assembled my Lavender and to keep it together I added a bow. I used the Field Notes Twine and cut it from Craft paper. I think it looks so realistic. 

My sentiment is from the MFT Something for Everything Stamp Set - I used them with the coordinating Dies.

Hallo zusammen

 

heute zeige ich euch eine zarte Sommerkarte. Um diese Karte zu gestalten, habe ich das Herbststempelset Sealed Sprigs verwendet.  Das könnte etwas Weizen sein. Aber ich denke, es funktioniert auch als Lavendel. Ich habe die Stücke aus weissem Papier ausgestanzt und mit einem Blending Brush etwas Tinte hinzugefügt. Um mehr Tiefe zu erhalten, habe ich auch eine dunklere lila Tinte mit etwas Wasser verwendet und als Aquarell verwendet.

Als Hintergrund habe ich Papier aus der Florileges Frandole Paper Collection verwendet. Diese Farben sind einfach fabelhaft. Ich liebe dieses Set. Das Papier habe ich mit dem Stanzenset Scored and Pierced Rectangle ausgeschnitten. Für ein bisschen mehr Interesse habe ich auch mit und grüne Spritzer hinzugefügt. Dann habe ich meinen Lavendel zusammengesetzt und mit einer Schleife verziert, um ihn zusammenzuhalten. Ich habe das Field Notes Twine verwendet und es aus Bastelpapier ausgeschnitten. Ich finde, es sieht so realistisch aus. Der Spruch stammt aus dem MFT-Stempelset Something for Everything. Dazu gibts die passenden Stanzen.

Bonjour à tous

 

Aujourd'hui, je partage une carte estivale toute en douceur. Pour créer cette carte, j'ai utilisé le set Autumn Sealed Sprigs Die Set.  Cela pourrait être du blé. Mais je pense qu'il convient également à la lavande. J'ai découpé les morceaux dans du papier cartonné blanc et j'ai ajouté de l'encre à l'aide d'un pinceau. Pour obtenir plus de profondeur, j'ai également utilisé une encre violette plus foncée avec un peu d'eau et je l'ai utilisée comme aquarelle.

Pour l'arrière-plan, j'ai utilisé du papier de la collection Florileges Frandole. Ces couleurs sont tout simplement fabuleuses. J'adore cette collection. J'ai découpé le cardstock avec le set d'emporte-pièce Rectangles rainurés et percés. Pour un peu plus d'intérêt, j'ai également ajouté des éclaboussures vertes et jaunes. J'ai ensuite assemblé ma Lavande et pour la maintenir ensemble, j'ai ajouté un nœud. J'ai utilisé la ficelle Field Notes et je l'ai découpée dans du papier Craft. Je trouve qu'il a l'air si réaliste. Mon sentiment provient du set de tampons MFT Something for Everything. Je les ai utilisés avec les Dies coordonnés.

Ciao Creative, come state? spero tutto bene! adorate anche voi leggere come me? ora che si avvicinano le vacanze estive mi viene voglia di leggere! ed ecco qui una card che fa al caso ...

Ho usato i prodotti della Lawnfawn della release uscita in primavera: Little woodland library friends e simply celebrate hangouts.

Ho creato lo sfondo con il timbro con gli scaffali della libreria ed ho ripetuto più volte la timbrata. Ho voluto lasciare in bianco e nero per dare più risalto al sentiment Books ed ai personaggi colorati.

Ho usato la fustella Finley's ABCs per ricavare la scritta book da un cartoncino di color giallo e poi sfumato inseguito con il distress ink festive berries.

Hi Creative, how are you? hope all is well! do you love to read as much as I do? now that summer vacation is approaching I am in the mood to read! and here is a card that fits the bill ...

I used Lawnfawn products from the spring release: little woodland library friends and simply celebrate hangouts.

I created the stamped background with the library shelves and repeated the stamping several times. I wanted to leave it black and white to give more emphasis to the Books sentiment and the colorful characters.

I used Finley's ABCs die cut to make the book lettering from a yellow cardstock and then shaded chased with the distress ink festive berries.

Shaped Flower Card

I’m sharing a shaped card today. Sometime I really like to do another shape, I is really something you cannot buy on the store, so it makes it even more special. I started by cutting my card base with the Make a wish Arch Die. Make sure that your cutting line is slightly over the folded edge, so it doesn’t cut. 

 

Then I created these nice flowers with the Blossoms & Sentiments Press Set. I really like that you can stamp and cut all 4 flowers all at once, so you are much faster. I love the playful look of the the flowers and decided, not adding any shading when I colored them with my markers. You can use any marker or pencil you want to color them – just make sure you take the Alcohol friendly Ink like Memento Tuxedo Black when you color this with Olos or Copics. 

 

As background I took a Patterned Paper from the Florileges Frandole Paper. I added my sentiment and then some Gemstones to the center of the flowers. These little details just makes the card even more special.

Hallo alle zusammen

 

heute zeige ich euch eine Karte in einer anderen Form. Manchmal mag ich es wirklich, eine andere Form zu machen, es ist wirklich etwas, das man nicht im Laden kaufen kann, und das macht es noch spezieller. Zuerst habe ich meine Kartenbasis mit der Bogenstanze Make a wish ausgestanzt. Achte darauf, dass deine Schnittlinie etwas über der gefalteten Kante liegt, damit sie nicht schneidet.

 

Dann habe ich diese schönen Blumen mit dem Blossoms & Sentiments Press Set gestaltet. Ich mag es sehr, dass man alle 4 Blumen auf einmal stempeln und ausschneiden kann, so geht es viel schneller. Ich liebe das verspielte Aussehen der Blumen und habe mich entschieden, keine Schattierungen hinzuzufügen, als ich sie mit meinen Markern koloriert habe. Ihr könnt jeden beliebigen Marker oder Stift zum Ausmalen verwenden - achtet nur darauf, dass ihr alkohol freundliche Tinte wie Memento Tuxedo Black nehmt, wenn ihr sie mit Olos oder Copics ausmalt.

 

Als Hintergrund habe ich ein gemustertes Papier aus dem Florileges Frandole Papier genommen. Ich habe meinen Spruch und einige Edelsteine in die Mitte der Blumen gesetzt. Diese kleinen Details machen die Karte zu etwas ganz Besonderem.

Aujourd'hui, je partage avec vous une carte en forme. Parfois j'aime vraiment faire une autre forme, c'est vraiment quelque chose qu'on ne peut pas acheter dans le commerce, donc ça la rend encore plus spéciale. J'ai commencé par découper ma base de carte avec le Make a wish Arch Die. Veillez à ce que votre ligne de découpe dépasse légèrement le bord plié, afin qu'elle ne coupe pas.

 

Ensuite, j'ai créé ces jolies fleurs avec le Blossoms & Sentiments Press Set. J'aime beaucoup le fait que l'on puisse tamponner et découper les 4 fleurs en une seule fois, ce qui permet d'aller beaucoup plus vite. J'aime l'aspect ludique des fleurs et j'ai décidé de ne pas ajouter d'ombrage lorsque je les ai coloriées avec mes marqueurs. Vous pouvez utiliser n'importe quel marqueur ou crayon pour les colorier - assurez-vous simplement de prendre une encre compatible avec l'alcool comme le Memento Tuxedo Black lorsque vous coloriez avec des Olos ou des Copics.

 

Comme arrière-plan, j'ai pris un papier à motifs du papier Florileges Frandole. J'ai ajouté mon sentiment et quelques pierres précieuses au centre des fleurs. Ces petits détails rendent la carte encore plus spéciale.
