3D bufferlies

 Buongiorno creative!

oggi sono qui a mostrarvi questa card con le farfalle! Rimango sempre affascinata dai 3D embossing folder che hanno compreso la fustella per tagliarne le sagome , e voi? In questo caso ho usato l'embossing folder Blooming butterflies di Spellbinders. Una volta ottenuto le sagome delle farfalle da un cartoncino per acquarello, le ho colorate con i distress reinkers : picked raspberry, wilted violet, scattered straw e peacock feathers. In seguito con un tampone nero le ho colorato le superficie in rilievo delle farfalle e passato i bordi ed il corpo con l'acquarello oro.

 Good morning crafters!

I am here today to show you this card with butterflies! I am always fascinated by the 3D embossing folders that have included the die cut to cut out the shapes , how about you? In this case I used the Blooming butterflies embossing folder from Spellbinders. Once I got the butterfly shapes from a watercolor cardstock, I colored them with distress reinkers : picked raspberry, wilted violet, scattered straw and peacock feathers. Later with a black pad I colored the raised surfaces of the butterflies and went over the edges and body with gold watercolor.

Per lo sfondo ho usato un cartoncino per la betterpress cotton card panels color Pebble sulla quale ho impresso la scritta For you dal set Sweeping script sentiments.

For the background I used a betterpress cotton card panels Pebble color on which I embossed the words For you from the set Sweeping script sentiments.

In seguito per dare maggiore interesse allo sfondo ho usato il timbro Linen texture cercando di lasciare pulito il sentiment , coprendolo con un pezzo di carta durante la timbratura.

Later to give more interest to the background I used the Linen texture stamp trying to leave the sentiment clean, covering it with a piece of paper while stamping.

Last July Christmas card

Buona giorno care creative! come state ?

Oggi vi voglio mostrare la mia ultima card per questo Christmas in July!  

Good day dear creatives !!! how are you ?

Today I want to show you my last card for this Christmas in July !  

Ho usato la betterpress con l'inchiostro distress ink Waltnut Stain con la press plate Buffalo Plaid usando come base un cartoncino Kraft.

I used betterpress with Waltnut Stain distress ink with Buffalo Plaid press plate using Kraft cardstock as a base.

In seguito ho usato la press plate Merriest Christmas  con un cartonino d'acquarello che ho ritagliato con la fustella Notched corner frames etched dies, e poi acquarellato lo sfondo con i distress ink reinker Bundled Sage e Rustic Wilderness.

Next, I used the Merriest Christmas press plate with a watercolor card that I cut out with Notched corner frames etched dies, and then watercolored the background with Bundled Sage and Rustic Wilderness distress ink reinkers.

Ho voluto incorniciare questa scritta con una cornice dorata  che ho ottenuto fustellando insieme due fustelle del set Notched corner frames etched dies , uno della stessa dimensione del mio cartoncino ed una più grande, con un cartoncino dal set  Gold treasured cardostock.

Infine l'ultimo tocco son state le stelle di natale che ho creato con il set Delivering Joy etched dies.

I wanted to frame this inscription with a gold frame that I made by die-cutting together two dies from the Notched corner frames etched dies set , one the same size as my cardstock and one larger, with a cardstock from the Gold treasured cardostock set.

Finally the last touch were the poinsettias I created with the Delivering Joy etched dies set.

3D Embossing folder

oggi vi mostro una card semplice semplice ma di grande effetto!

materiale necessario:

- embossing folder 3d ( io ho usato Beautiful butterflies 3d embossing folder di Spellbinders)

-carta acquarello ( ho usato quella della Florence)

- distress ink reinkers ( ho usato scattered straw, picked raspberry, mermaid lagoon)

- embossing powders + ink for embossing powders ( ho usato wow Metallic gold sparkle)

- gold ink pad ( ho usato versa color gold)

- pennarello nero

Hello darlings,

today I show you a simple simple but impressive card!

materials needed:

- 3d embossing folder ( I used Beautiful butterflies 3d embossing folder from Spellbinders)

-watercolor paper ( i used the one from Florence)

- distress ink reinkers ( I used scattered straw, picked raspberry, mermaid lagoon)

- embossing powders + ink for embossing powders ( I used wow Metallic gold sparkle)

- gold ink pads ( I used versa color gold)

- black pen

Ho cominciato colorando la carta con i miei 3 inchiostri, mettendo il colore a casaccio e sfumandoli tra di loro. Una volta che lo sfondo era asciutto, l'ho embossato con la placca della Spellbinders. 

Ho passato sulla parte in rilievo il tampone dorato, aspettato che l'inchiostro fosse asciutto e poi ho passato il tampone versamark per le polveri da embossing e poi buttato la polvere della WOW. Ho rimosso con un pennellino d'acquarello pulito ogni eccesso di povere nei punti dove non volevo che ci fosse. 

Per creare lo sfondo nero invece ho colorato con un semplice pennarellino nero tutte le parti che non erano in rilievo.

I started by coloring the paper with my 3 inks, putting color randomly and blending them together. Once the background was dry, I embossed it with the Spellbinders plate. 

I swabbed the embossed part with the gold pad, waited until the ink was dry, and then swabbed the versamark pad for the embossing powders and then tossed in the WOW powder. I removed with a clean watercolor brush any excess powder in places where I didn't want it to be. 

To create the black background instead, I colored with a simple black marker all the parts that were not embossed.
