Season of sparkle

 

Ciao creative, come state? spero tutto bene! Dopo questa lunga estate, son felice di partire finalmente per le vacanze!! Ma prima di partire voglio mostrarvi un'altra card natalizia! Son tanto carini questi nuovi timbri di AALL&Create! Qui ho colorato con i Copic markers il timbro Season of sparkle.

Per lo sfondo invece ho usato il 3D embossing folder di Spellbinders Holiday Lights. Ho voluto dare un po' di luce e con il tampone di Lisa Horton Solid Gold, ho colorato le parti in rilievo.

Hi, crafters! How are you? I hope everything’s going well! After this long summer, I’m so happy to finally be heading off on vacation!! But before I go, I want to show you another Christmas card! These new stamps from AALL&Create are so cute! Here, I colored the “Season of Sparkle” stamp with Copic markers.

For the background, I used the Spellbinders “Holiday Lights” 3D embossing folder. I wanted to add a little sparkle, so I used Lisa Horton’s “Solid Gold” ink pad to color the embossed areas.

Kokeshi Doll

Bonjour les scrappeuses,

J'espère que vous allez bien et que vous scrappez toujours. 

Je vous présente aujourd'hui une carte réalisée avec la machine Glimmer Hot Foil de Spellbinders. C'est vraiment assez facile d'utilisation et le résultat est vraiment bluffant. 

J'ai utilisé le die Kokeshi Doll de Spellbinders mais il n'est malheureusement plus en magasin. Vous pouvez par exemple utiliser Mickey Mouse à la place. Le sentiment vient du set Wonderful Tulips.

Cette carte est parfaite pour offrir à ma belle-soeur qui est passionnée par le Japon.

Pour utiliser la Glimmer Hot Foil, il faut tout d'abord brancher la machine et l'allumer. Elle commence à chauffer et une fois la température idéale atteinte, le voyant vert Platform Ready s'allume. Pendant que la machine chauffe, découpez un morceau de foil de la taille de votre die. Placez votre die sur la plaque chauffée et le foil du côté imprimé face contre le die. Pressez le bouton Timer et quand le die est chaud, recouvrez-le de votre cardstock et des 2 plaques puis passez la dans votre machine de découpe Big Shot ou autre doucement. Retirez délicatement le foil de votre cardstock et... admirez le résultat. Attention! Le die est chaud. Le résultat est magnifique, cela fait très élégant et professionnel. J'adore! Et vous?

Combining: watercolor, hot foil and betterpress

spero di trovarvi bene! Oggi ho ricevuto un pacco da Scraphouse e non ho resistito ed ho voluto fare queste cards! Mi piace uscire dal mio solito stile e devo ringraziare Marjolein per avermi fatto notare quando sia interessante questa nuova placca per la betterpress!

I hope to find you well! Today I received a package from Scraphouse and I couldn't resist and wanted to make these cards! I like to get out of my usual style and I have to thank Marjolein for pointing out to me how interesting this new betterpress plaque is!

Ho usato la betterpress plate Spring Magnolias sul cartoncino apposito d'acquarello , una volta ottenuto le mie stampe, ho colorato con i Lindy's: Kissin' couple crimson e Dunka biscuit blue green. Ho messo un po' di polvere in una tavolozza d'acquarello ed aggiunto dell'acqua, una volta miscelati insieme ho ottenuto il colore per dipingere fiori e foglie. Una volta asciutti, ho aggiunto dei dettagli con le matite colorate e poi li ho ritagliati con la fustella coordinata.

I used the betterpress plate Spring Magnolias on the appropriate watercolor board , once I got my prints, I colored with Lindy's: Kissin' couple crimson and Dunka biscuit blue green. I put some powder in a watercolor palette and added water, once mixed together I got the color to paint flowers and leaves. Once dry, I added details with colored pencils and then cut them out with the coordinating dies.

In seguito ho usato le due placche Spotlight circle duo. Ho iniziato con il cerchio con le righe ed ho sfumato l'inchiostro nero per la betterpress con Rose Gold pigment di Altenew. Per un caso fortuito avevo un stencil di MFT con un cerchio della misura esatta della mia stampa, per cui lo usato come mascheratura per fare degli schizzi d'oro con il Gold pale japanese watercolor.

Next, I used the Spotlight circle duo plates. I started with the circle with the stripes and shaded the black ink for the betterpress with Rose Gold pigment from Altenew. By a fluke I had a stencil from MFT with a circle the exact size of my print, so I used it as a masking to make gold splashes with Gold pale japanese watercolor.

Per il secondo sfondo ho usato la plate circolare con i puntini insieme all' Enchanted gold pigment ink di Altenew.

Per abbellire ho usato i sentiment foilizzato d'oro dal set Must have sentiments hot foil di Simon Hurley per Spellbinders.

For the second background, I used the circular dot plate along with Altenew's Enchanted gold pigment ink.

To embellish I used gold foil sentiments from Simon Hurley's Must have sentiments hot foil set for Spellbinders.

Breezy blossom

spero che stiate bene! Oggi con molta gioia vi mostro questa card che ho creato con il set di Pinkfresh studio Breezy blossom che é stato disegnato dalla nostra cara Isha Gupta!!!!! è stata davvero bravissima! se siete curiosi nello shop ci son anche altri set disegnati da lei!:D

Ho da sempre avuto un debole per i fiori di cilegio, per cui son letteralmente impazzita quando ho visto questo design!

I hope you are well! Today with much joy I show you this card I created with the Pinkfresh studio Breezy blossom set that was designed by our dear Isha Gupta!!!!! she was really great! if you are curious in the shop there are also other sets designed by her!:D

I have always had a soft spot for cherry blossoms, so I literally went crazy when I saw this design!

Ho usato la press plate Breezy Blossom sia con la Betterpress sia con la Glimmer machine. 

Avevo fatto un sondaggio su IG ed la maggioranza ha votato il risultato con il foiling. Per cui come potete vedere da foto ho usato il foil oro e colorato i fiori con i Copic markers.

I have used the Breezy Blossom press plate with both the Betterpress and the Glimmer machine. I had done a poll on IG and the majority voted the result with foiling. So as you can see from photos I used the gold foil and colored the flowers with Copic markers.

In seguito ho voluto creare una cornice di fiori e mi son aiutata con la fustella Mini slimline di Pinkfresh come guida. Per richiamare l'oro presente nei fiori, ho colorato il bordo interiore della cornice con l'acquarello Pale gold di Spellbinders.

Next, I wanted to create a frame of flowers and helped myself with Pinkfresh's Mini slimline die cut as a guide. To echo the gold present in the flowers, I colored the inner edge of the frame with Spellbinders' Pale gold watercolor.

 

Ho incollato fiori e cornice su uno sfondo bianco ricavato dall' Ornate medallions coverplate die di Pinkfresh ed a sua volta su un rettangolo rosa dal Paper pad shades of pink di Studio Light.

Infine ho abbellito con un sentiment dal set You are everything sentiments press plate di Spellbinders.

I glued flowers and frame onto a white background from the Ornate medallions coverplate die by Pinkfresh and in turn onto a pink rectangle from the Paper pad shades of pink by Studio Light. Finally I embellished with a sentiment from the You are everything sentiments press plate set by Spellbinders.

Spellbinders Cosmos bundle

volevo mostrarvi questo bellissimo bundle di Spellbinders Cosmos backdrop, é una press plate in combinazione dello stencil. Ho voluto sperimentare diversi medium per la colorazione di questo sfondo. Dapprima ho usato la press plate per foilizzare con la hot foil glimmer con un foil dorato su 2 cartoncini d'acquarello per la better press e su un cartoncino bianco liscio.

I wanted to show you this beautiful bundle of Spellbinders Cosmos backdrop, it is a press plate in combination of the stencil. I wanted to experiment with different mediums for coloring this backdrop. First I used the press plate to foil with hot foil glimmer with a gold foil on 2 watercolor cards for the better press and on a plain white cardstock.

Su un cartoncino d'acquarello ho usato lo stencil insieme  i distress ink mentre il secondo sfondo l 'ho colorato con acquarelli e matite colorate. 

On a watercolor board I used the stencil together distress inks while the second background I colored with watercolors and colored pencils.

 

L'ultima versione invece l'ho colorata usando i Copic marker.

Per completare le cards ho usato i sentiment sempre da una press plate You are everything sentiments.

The last version, on the other hand, I colored using Copic markers.

To complete the cards I used sentiments again from a press plate You are everything sentiments.

Mi son divertita molto a giocare con questi diversi medium, anche se ho trovato un po' di difficoltà con gli acquarelli ed il risultato finale non mi é piaciuto molto.  Voi cosa ne pensate? vi piace provare diverse colorazioni?

I had a lot of fun playing with these different mediums, although I found some difficulty with the watercolors and didn't like the end result very much.  What do you guys think, do you like to try different colorings?

Special Birthday!

 Buongiorno carissime!
Oggi è un giorno speciale perché festeggiamo il compleanno della nostra Marjolein! Tantissimi auguri!!!! Per questo evento speciale ho tirato fuori la mia amata glimmer machine. Penso che sia perfetta per creare card per eventi speciali.

Good morning dear ones!
Today is a special day because we celebrate our Marjolein's birthday! Best wishes!!!! For this special event I brought out my beloved glimmer machine. I think it is perfect for making cards for special events.

 
Ho cominciato a creare lo sfondo usando la plate Skinny stripe di Spellbinders e la plate Glimmer Bouquet con un foil oro satinato su un cartoncino bianco. I fiori dopo averli fustellati, li ho colorati con i copic. Una volta assemblato tutti i miei elementi al cartoncino, ho aggiunto un die cut sentiment di Pinkfresh studio ed i Gold Smooth sequin e fustellato il numero con una fustella di Aluacid.
Cosa ne pensate del risultato? spero vi piaccia!

I began creating the background using Spellbinders' Skinny stripe plate and Glimmer Bouquet plate with a satin gold foil on white cardstock. After die-cutting the flowers, I colored them with Copic markers. Once I assembled all my elements to the cardstock, I added a die cut sentiment from Pinkfresh studio and the Gold Smooth sequins and die cut the number with a die cut from Aluacid.

Hello Sunshine

stasera vi presento una nuova card! come sapete adoro usare la glimmer hot foil e quindi stavolta ho voluto combinare diverse tecniche! 

Good evening dear creatives,

tonight I want to show you a new card! As you know I love to use glimmer hot foil so this time I wanted to combine different techniques!

Ho voluto creare uno sfondo dai bei riflessi del foil Rainbow di Spellbinders insieme al hot foil plate di Lawnfawn Stitched trails . Ho fissato sia il foil al cartoncino bianco e le sagome della hot foil plate al foil con del washitape e passato per la Hot foil machine e poi attraverso alla mia big shot. Dopo di che ho colorato i 4 lati del cartoncino con il distress ink Picked Raspberry.

 I wanted to create a background from the beautiful shades of the Rainbow foil from Spellbinders along with the hot foil plate from Lawnfawn Stitched trails . I attached both the foil to white cardstock and the hot foil plate to the foil with washitape and passed through the hot foil machine and then through to my big shot. After that I colored the 4 sides of the cardstock with Picked Raspberry distress ink.

Poi ho usato la fustella Giant Hello Sunshine e l'ho embossata con le polveri della Wow embossing in 3 tappe, il primo terzo della scritta con la polvere Mai tai, il centro con Mojito e per ultimo Strawberry daiquiri.

Then I used the Giant Hello Sunshine die cut and embossed it with Wow embossing powders in 3 stages, the first third of the lettering with  Mai tai, the center with Mojito and lastly Strawberry daiquiri.

Ho incollato tutti gli elementi insieme ed ho aggiunto i soggetti del Just Plane Awesome colorati con i copic! Spero vi piaccia il risultato!

Happy Birthday card

Spero di trovarvi bene! Stasera voglio parlarvi delle card di compleanno! chi di voi si é ritrovata all'ultimo a dover preparare un biglietto di compleanno, alzi la mano! :D io sono una tra queste! Ho marcato sul calendario le date dei compleanni, ma poi capita sempre non contando le tempistiche di spedizione, di arrivare all'ultimo a preparare la card. Quindi oggi vi voglio proporre una soluzione veloce per fare al volo una card.

I hope to find you well! Tonight I want to talk to you about birthday cards! those of you who have found yourselves at the last minute having to prepare a birthday card, raise your hands! :D I am one of them! I have marked on the calendar the dates of birthdays, but then it always happens not counting the timing of shipping, to arrive at the last to prepare the card. So today I want to propose a quick solution to make a card on the fly.

Per lo sfondo ho usato l'embossing folder di Spellbinders Orange peel quilt, un cartoncino sfumato lilla dal pad di Studio Light White fade ed una mattatura viola più scuro dal pad Spooky colors.

In seguito ho usato la plate Just for you e colorato fiori e foglie con i Copics.

Ho voluto incorniciare il fiore con l'esagono hot foil plate di Pinkfresh Studio Nested Hexagons ed infine un sentiment sempre di Pinkfresh Studio Perfect Sentiments hot foil plate.

For the background I used the Spellbinders Orange peel quilt embossing folder, a lilac shaded cardstock from the Studio Light White fade pad and a darker purple matting from the Spooky colors pad.

Next I used the Just for You plate and colored flowers and leaves with Copics.

I wanted to frame the flower with the Pinkfresh Studio Nested Hexagons hot foil plate and finally a sentiment also from Pinkfresh Studio Perfect Sentiments hot foil plate.

Foiling, sewing and stitched dies

spero di trovarvi in forma! Mi dispiace che sia passato quasi un mese dal mio ultimo post... mio marito ed io abbiamo passato delle splendide vacanze in Olanda! Se non ci siete ancora mai state, ve lo consiglio vivamente!:D Intanto torniamo alla card che vi voglio mostrare oggi! Sono stata un po' di parte visto che questa estate compirò 40 anni :D

Meanwhile, back to the card I want to show you today! I've been a little carried away about my big birthday... I'm turning 40 this summer :D

Ho cominciato ad usare la foil plate Stylish Oval Thanks con un foil turchese del set Spellbound pack hot foil roll ed un cartoncino perlato. In seguito ho fustellato 3 volte il la parte del numero 40 dal set Stitched numbers etched dies, dove ci sono i fori per ricamare e li ho incollati uno sopra l'altro per aver più spessore e facilitarne il ricamo. È la prima volta che eseguo un ricamo e mi son divertita molto. Ho voluto provare a creare delle roselline per creare un effetto un po' diverso, usando dei fili da ricamo che richiamassero il colore del foil e del cartoncino.

I started using the Stylish Oval Thanks foil plate with a turquoise foil from the Spellbound pack hot foil roll set and a pearl card. Next, I die-cut 3 times the number 40 part from the Stitched numbers etched dies set, where the embroidery holes are and glued them on top of each other to have more thickness and make it easier to embroider. This is my first time doing embroidery and I had a lot of fun. I wanted to try making little rosettes to give more interest to the card, using embroidery threads that would echo the color of the foil and cardstock.

Come state? Spero tutto bene! Stasera vi mostro un'altra card "firmata" Spellbiders! Devo confessare che per pigrizia ci ho messo un po' ad usare la hot foil plate Magnolia Bouquet che foilizza e taglia queste mini Magnolie, perché mi sembrava un po' impegnativo rispetto alla plate della Magnolia grande. Pensavo anche che fossero troppo piccoline, invece devo dire che molto belle da usare.

 Per realizzare questa card ho cominciato a foilizzare Magnolia Bouquet glimmer hot foil plate con un foil rosa su un cartoncino bianco ed ho scelto 2 tonalità di rosa delle Prismacolor ed ho colorato il fiore.

How are you? Hope all is well! Tonight I show you another "signed" Spellbiders card! I must confess that out of laziness it took me a while to use the Magnolia Bouquet hot foil plate that foils and cuts these mini Magnolias, because it seemed a bit challenging compared to the large Magnolia plate. I also thought they were too small, instead I must say very nice to use.

 To make this card I started foil Magnolia Bouquet glimmer hot foil plate with a pink foil on a white cardstock and chose 2 shades of pink from Prismacolor and colored the flower.

In seguito ho timbrato Elegant Diamonds clear stamps ed embossato con una polvere nera ed il sentiment "from me to you" al centro della card. Per dare maggior risalto alla card ho sfumato gli angoli con il Distress Oxide Victorian Velvet.

Prima di incollare gli elementi alla card, li ho posizionati finchè non ero soddisfatta del risultato. Le foglie le ho incollate con la colla, mentre i fiori per dare un po' di dimensione, ho usato del biadesivo spessorato e aggiunto dei drop di Pinfreshstudio per abbellire. 

Next I stamped Elegant Diamonds clear stamps  and embossed with a black powder and the sentiment "from me to you" in the center of the card. To give the card stand out more I shaded the corners with Distress Oxide Victorian Velvet.

Before gluing the elements to the card, I positioned them until I was satisfied with the result. The leaves I glued on with glue, while the flowers to give some dimension, I used thick double-sided tape and added Pinfreshstudio drops to embellish.

Mi piace molto come sia uscita la card! Voi cosa ne pensate?

I hope you are all well! Sorry for this evening post , I usually post in the morning, but unfortunately we are having some problems with the internet at home and tonight kindly my family hosted me to tap into their wifi :D 
By now, what can I tell you that I love Spellbinders products? I am very grateful to Marjolein for having the new items in the store!
Today I wanted to use a Tufted 3D embossing folder, the Four Petal Floral edged die and the Making me smile hot foil plate.

Son partita con la placca da embossing ed ho embossato un cartoncino nero. Per far risaltare di più la texture, ho usato una pasta dorata della Nuvo che ho poi spalmano con il mio indice. Sapevo che avrei voluto aggiungere dei dettagli color oro, quindi mi sembrava una buon abbinamento e devo ammettere che il risultato mi piace parecchio.

Ho fustellato i fiori con i bellissimi vellum di Tonic Studio Craft perfect pearled gold e pearled silver vellum,  li ho un sovrapposti per aver un gioco di colori, mentre il gambo ed il centro dei fiori di ho fustellati con un cartoncino oro matte.

I started with the embossing plate and embossed a black cardstock. To make the texture stand out more, I used a gold paste from Nuvo that I then smeared with my index finger. I knew I wanted to add some gold details, so it seemed like a good match and I have to admit I like the result quite a bit.

I die-cut the flowers with beautiful Tonic Studio Craft perfect pearled gold and pearled silver vellum, I overlapped them to have a play of colors, while the stem and the center of the flowers I die-cut with a matte gold cardstock.

Per completare la card ho aggiungo un sentiment ottenuto con l'hot foil ed aggiunto un fiocchetto al gambo della composizione floreale. Spero vi piaccia e vi auguro una buonanotte!

To complete the card I added a sentiment obtained with hot foil and added a bow to the stem of the flower arrangement. I hope you like it and wish you a good night!

come state? son passate un paio di settimane dal mio ultimo post con i prodotti di Spellbinders... ammetto che sono rimasta un po' bloccata perchè ammirando tutte le cards del loro Dt e trovandole perfette, avevo paura di replicare i loro progetti. Oggi sono finalmente pronta a mostrarvi ciò che ho creato. Della collezione mi aveva subito colpito il 4 petal flower 3D embossing folder.

how are you? it's been a couple of weeks since my last post with Spellbinders products... I admit I was a bit stuck because admiring all their Dt cards and finding them perfect, I was afraid to replicate their projects. Today I am finally ready to show you what I have created. Of the collection I was immediately impressed with the 4 petal flower 3D embossing folder.

Sono partita embossando un cartoncino color verde salvia e con un tampone color bianco ho colorato le parti in rilievo. In seguito ho usato 2 fustelle del set 4 petal labels etched   per tagliare un cartoncino specchiato dorato della Tonic Studio mirror card iridiscent gold ed un vellum per creare il punto centrale della mia card. 

Ho usato la glimmer hot foil machine per foilizzare le farfalle da Edge butterflies hot foil plate ed il sentiment da Making Me Smile hot foil plate per abbellire la card. Infine ho aggiunto Gold Smooth discs sequins. Voila spero che vi piaccia il risultato finale!

I started by embossing a sage green cardstock and using a white-colored pad, I colored the raised parts. Next I used 2 die cuts from the 4 petal labels etched set to cut a Tonic Studio mirror card iridiscent gold card and a vellum to create the center point of my card. 

I used the glimmer hot foil machine to foil the butterflies from Edge butterflies hot foil plate and the sentiment from Making Me Smile hot foil plate to embellish the card. Finally I added Gold Smooth discs sequins. Voila I hope you like the final result !

Tulips hot foil

 Ciaooo a tutti, 

come state? eccomi qui con un nuovo post usando la glimmer hot foil machine! A mio parere il foil da quella bella luce alle card e gli conferisce un tocco magico ed elegante. Se siete interessate, potete dare un'occhiata nello shop sotto la sezione Hot foil per vedere tutti i prodotti disponibili, cliccando qui.

Oggi ho voluto giocare un po'con i nuovi prodotti di Spellbinders Wonderful tulips hot foil plate and die e lo stencil coordinato Layered stencil , dato che era la prima volta che usavo insieme al foil anche lo stencil, perciò ho deciso di foilizzare 4 volte il tulipano con foil di diversi colori dei set Spellbound e Satin Pastel in modo da fare diversi test!

Ho usato 3 tamponi di color rosa da un set di altenew, per colorare i tulipani, ma alla fine il risultato ottenuto non mi convinceva tantissimo, mi sembravano troppo approssimativi.

how are you? here I am with a new post using the glimmer hot foil machine! In my opinion the foil gives that beautiful glimmer to the cards and gives them a magical and elegant touch. Today I wanted to play a little bit with the new Spellbinders Wonderful tulips hot foil plate and die products and the coordinating Layered stencil , since it was the first time I was using along with the foil also the stencil, so I decided to foil 4 times the tulip with foils of different colors from the Spellbound and Satin Pastel sets so I could do different tests!

I used 3 pink-colored pads from an Altenew set, to color the tulips, but in the end I wasn't so sure about the result, they looked too sloppy.

Per cui mi sono lanciata a colorarli con i Copic ed il risultato ottenuto mi é piaciuto molto di più...

So I tried into coloring them with Copics and I liked the result more ....

       

Il sentiment "have a wonderful day" era già compreso nel set dei tulipano, quindi il ho incollati su un cartoncino effetto tela e incollato qualche abbellimento dorato Gold smooth sequins discs .

come state? son felicissima di mostrarvi queste due card che ho fatto con i prodotti di Spellbinders!

how are you? i am so happy to show you these two cards i made with Spellbinders products!

Di questa collezione Yana's Bloom il fiore della magnolia esiste sia nella versione foil sia fustella classica. Ero indecisa su che tipologia di card fare e alla fine ho deciso di usare entrambi i prodotti!

Ho cominciato con Magnolia Glimmer Hot Foil Plate & die set abbinando un foil oro dal Glimmer hor foil roll Metallics variety pack. Ho foilizzato due volte il fiore su un cartoncino rosa chiaro dal pad Pastels di StudioLight, ritagliato e poi colorato con il Distress ink Victorian Velvet. In seguito ho foilizzato più volto la Magnolia sul cartoncino che ho ritagliato come base per la mia cars. Ho aggiunto le magnolie colorate con del biadesivo spessorato per dare un po' di dimensione alla card. Infine ho aggiunto il sentiment Thanks dal set Yana's Layered script sentimen etched dies e delle mezze perle dorate di Pinkfresh studio.

From this Yana's Bloom collection, the magnolia flower exists in both foil and classic die cut versions. I was undecided on what type of card to make and finally decided to use both products!

I started with Magnolia Glimmer Hot Foil Plate & die set by matching a gold foil from the Glimmer hor foil roll Metallics variety pack. I foiled the flower twice on a light pink cardstock from StudioLight's Pastels pad, cut out and then colored with Distress ink Victorian Velvet. Next, I foil stamped more face Magnolia onto the cardstock that I cut out as a base for my cars. I added the colored magnolias with thick double-sided tape to give the card some dimension. Finally I added the sentiment Thanks from Yana's Layered script sentimen etched dies set and some gold half pearls from Pinkfresh studio.

Per questa seconda card ho usato la fustella Magnolia Blooms Etched Dies, ho fustellato il fiore con un cartoncino lilla  , colorato il centro con il Distress ink Seedless preserves, rifustellato il fiore per ottenere il bordo dorato e la base in vellum. Per la base della mia card ho usato la Spellbinders Hot Foil Plate Diagonal Stripes Background ed ho aggiunto il sentiment da Hello, Friend SentimentsGlimmer Hot Foil Plate.

For this second card I used Magnolia Blooms Etched Dies, die-cut the flower with a lilac cardstock , colored the center with Distress ink Seedless preserves, re-cut the flower to get the gold border and the vellum base. For the base of my card I used Spellbinders Hot Foil Plate Diagonal Stripes Background and added the sentiment from Hello, Friend SentimentsGlimmer Hot Foil Plate.
