Isha: Lavinia Stamps

Hello Everyone! Today, I have a sweet card using Lavinia stamps. Now these are fairly the new addition to the Scraphouse Shop but really adorable and a different, fresh style.

I stamped them using Versafine Onyx Black ink onto watercolor paper. I then colored them using Zig Clean color real brush markers. I applied some glitter here and there to create the magical fairy feel :)
I really love these stamps and hope you like them too.

Isha: Sweet Holiday Wishes

Hello Everyone!

I am sharing two fun cards today. I used the new Sweet Holiday Penguins by My Favorite Things and combined it with the Candy Lane Paper Pack available in the SHOP. There are so many wonderful new products. You only have to choose what you like.

 

I cut the pattern paper and applied some distress oxide ink to the edges. Did you know the distress oxide inks blend beautifully :)

I then stamped and colored the penguin image, fussy cut it and created this fun clean and simple card.

For the 2nd. card, I used the same paper pad but a different image and layout. I used distress inks to sponge the background.

Merry Christmas Card with Isha

Hello Everyone!
I am sharing a fun card today. I used the new My Favorite Things Tweet Holidays stamp available in the SHOP. There are so many wonderful new products. 

To create the card, I die cut a white panel using watercolor paper. I then created the background using Gansai Tambi watercolors and let it dry. Then I applied some embossing paste through Tim Holtz Falling Stars Stencil.  I then stamped the images and colored them using copic markers and fussy cut them using scissors. Finally, I stamped and embossed the sentiment using gold embossing powder onto a vellum stripe and assembled everything together.

Isha - Window Pop Up Card

Hello Everyone!

I am sharing a fun card today. I used the new My Favorite Things Tweet Holidays stamp and an older window die (you can use any square or rectangle die instead) available in the SHOP. There are so many wonderful choices including the pattern papers. I will be using them soon.

To create this card, I used the tutorial by Jennifer McGuire. You can find it HERE.  I find these bird images really adorable and they are just the perfect size. I also used distress ink in Squeezed Lemonade, Cracked Pistachio and Worn Lipstick. I colored in the images using copic markers, all the supplies are available in the shop.
